Adult clients and teachers complete email verification and an external identity review before paid bookings. Teacher credentials and profiles are reviewed separately. These checks do not guarantee personal safety or teaching quality.
- Parents and guardians manage children’s bookings and supervise appropriate lesson arrangements.
- Do not put children’s names, home addresses, identity documents or payment details in profiles and reviews.
- Use the booking report option for missed lessons, payment questions or safety concerns. Reports need human review and are not an emergency service.
- For immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
